If you are flexible about the exact style and cover for your 2011 diaries, then asking for special offers may enable you to upgrade on quality. Around late October and early November manufacturers will seek to unload lines that are overstocked so for example a quarto desk diary sold at £12 may be reduced by 30% or so on a bulk order. For academic diaries the same applies in July, so for the flexible customer discounts may be available.

In the current markets diary factories are generally carrying less stock, so if you have an unusual diary format or cover colour, then early ordering is advisable.
